Winnie Lam
CFA | Managing Director
Ms. Winnie Lam is currently the Managing Director of our company. She has more than 10 years of experience in valuation and financial analyses, including business valuation, valuation of intangible assets, financial instruments, natural resources projects and purchase price allocation. Winnie is a charter holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and she graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Business Administration double-majored in finance and management of organizations.
Winnie leads and manages the valuation team to provide professional valuation services for private and listed companies, for purposes of financial reporting, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financing, tax and litigation support references. Her valuation experience involves biotechnology, pharmaceutical & medical care, loans & financing, hotel & entertainment, natural gas development and transportation, software development, education, food and beverage catering, new retail, property management and many other industries, covering Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia and Brazil, etc. Prior to joining our company, Winnie served as an Associate Director in a Hong Kong-listed valuation group.
Alan Wu
MSc., CFA, FRM | Associate Director
Mr. Alan Wu is currently the Associate Director of our company. He has over 5 years of experience in valuations of businesses, early-stage companies, intangible assets, purchase price allocation for financial reporting and transaction reference with involvement in the valuation of industries including real estate, medical care, textile, food and beverage, mining, financial services, and digital assets. He is also skilled in financial instrument valuation, such as convertible bonds, preference shares, forward contracts, and other structured products.
Alan is a charterholder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and he graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a master’s degree in Applied Economics. Before joining our company, he served in the valuation team of an international accountancy firm.
Kevin Kwong

Mr. Kevin Kwong is currently the Associate Director of our company. He has more than 10 years of experience in business valuation and is experienced in performing business enterprise valuation, intangible assets valuation, purchase price allocation, and impairment tests for financial reporting and transaction reference purposes. His experience covers a wide range of industries in Hong Kong and China, including food and beverage, manufacturing, retailing, real estates, information technology, sewage water treatment, solar farm, mining, and financial industries.
He is a charter holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Valuer and Appraiser, Singapore (CVA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM). Prior to joining our company, he worked for several Hong Kong based valuation firms.
Vincent Pang

Mr. Vincent Pang currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Valuation at our company. With over 28 years of experience, he is a seasoned professional in the valuation of properties across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and other countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, and America, such as Vietnam, Cambodia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Vincent has an extensive background in a wide array of professional works for both private and listed companies, encompassing valuation for mortgage, financial reporting, development appraisal, immigration, litigation, and taxation, etc. He specializes in valuation services for companies seeking initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) as well as valuations for public disclosure for HKEX-listed companies.
Prior to joining our company, Vincent gained valuable experience working for local and international professional firms, such as Knight Frank Hong Kong and Savills Valuation and Professional Services Limited. He has served numerous property and finance-related listed companies, including Sun Hung Kai Properties, Hang Lung Properties, Longan Property Holdings, BOC Hong Kong (Holdings), BBMG Corporation, COFCO Hong Kong, Intime Retail (Group), BHG Retail REIT, and Spring REIT.
Vincent is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (MHKIS) in the General Practice Division. He is also registered as a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice) under the Surveyors Registration Ordinance (Cap. 417) in Hong Kong.
Henry Chan
Senior Manager – Plant and Machinery Valuation
Mr. Henry Chan is currently the Senior Manager of Plant and Machinery Valuation of our company. He has over 16 years of valuation experience with coverage of Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Previously, he worked for several well-known surveyors firms. He specializes in valuations of machinery and equipment in particular with construction equipment, printing equipment, electronic plants, light and heavy industry manufacturing plants.
Henry currently provides valuation services to various Hong Kong and China listed and private companies. He has been actively involved in valuation engagements for accounting, listing, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, insurance and financing purposes. He has prepared valuation reports for inclusion in Initial Public Offering (IPO) prospectus and listed company announcements in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
